Unprofessionalism , Disrespectful behavior with the front office. Avery strong lack of communication and zero security policy. Very uneducated at what the concerns are throughout the building along with shabby , deteriorating conditions throughout the property.

Pretty decent. Sometimes the billing doesn’t make sense and we have to get it fixed. The people in the leasing office can be unhelpful. Cheaper than other places near us and a good location.

Payments show up late causing you to pay twice with two convenience fees. Front office is unhelpful the majority of the time and give improper advice. You can ask the same question and get multiple answers with them all being wrong somehow.

We’ve had a few problems with the apartment such as roaches, AC broken, and broken cabinets. Maintenance was helpful in handling these issues, but considering how much we pay for the apartment it was a hassle to deal with, especially the roaches. It’s an old building, and for other apartments available in CP I would reccomend someone to look elsewhere.
