Apartment is good but has some downsides. It has a good (at least to me) gym, nice areas to hang out and a courtyard to play any sports or games there. The Wifi could be a little better though.

Clean, close to campus, relatively quiet. Close to Trader Joe’s and CVS. Roommate matching. Two gyms and other good amenities. Maintenance is prompt

Maintenance is well run, and always shows up punctually when called. Additionally, reorganizing my bedroom was done smoothly when I requested so.
The only way my experience could be better (which is not related to management) is that there could be better public transport near TerrapinRow, especially to the metro station and across campus.

I would give TRow a solid 9/10. I'm in the D3 and its a good amount of space plus everybody gets their own bathroom. The kitchen size is decent, the fridge and washing machines are big enough.
