The room is spacious,... fully furnished, and includes two very large closets. Rent is $1,500 per month, with all utilities included, including strong, fast Wi-Fi. A $1,500 security deposit is required.
The house features a gourmet kitchen with refrigerator/freezer space and cabinet storage available, washer and dryer in the basement, comfortable shared living spaces, and two bathrooms. The bathroom is shared, but there are two bathrooms in the house for convenience.
A friendly, well-trained German Shepherd also lives in the home, so the renter should be comfortable with dogs. No additional pets are preferred, but this may be negotiable.
