I’m looking for a housemate that is similarly clean, friendly, progressive, and respectful (and vaccinated). I have two adorable cats.
o Clean - I’m neither a slob nor a neat freak, but am tidy and considerate of keeping common spaces orderly. I do my dishes promptly.
o Low Drama - I’m low drama and a good communicator. If you communicate via post-it notes instead of face-to-face, get wasted frequently, or are moody, you would also not be a good fit.
o Safe - Please note that our household is COVID conscious. Tenants and any guests will be required to be vaccinated and adhere to CDC guidelines.
