Roaches Galore. Repeated power outages. No AC until May 15, and it’s currently 90 degrees in my baby’s room. Do not move here. I’ve had to throw out loads of food due to the power outages. I’m also pumping milk for my son, and I’ve had to throw out gallons of breast milk because the power had cut off. And Franklin Park does not care whatsoever.

Horrible. Always doing an awful job. You open a ticket and believe they will close it without doing nothing at all. I’m being waiting for a door to be changed and a mildew problem and they came and went back to the office to just close the ticket I submitted. That’s to look good for their superiors that they do their job. My bathroom stinks cause of the mildew. They will always say the same thing that we take hot baths. Lol and in summer time. Don’t live here unless that you no longer want to be able to rent again anywhere in the US. I paid everything that I owe them in time, and they still put debt collections in my credit report. I kept being denied any other appartment I applied to after that. When I diged into the issue, I realized it was due to them putting a debt collection of 858 on me. When I called accounting, they did not even apologized for their mistake, and just basically told me to waste my own time calling the credit... report company and try to fix the issue myself by sending me my final account statement showing I don’t owe them money. Also, my experience while I was there was not that great. Make sure that they show you where you will actually live when you go tour. They showed me a nicely decorated appartment when I toured. However, the day that I signed and went to see the actual place, it was dirty and a complete downgrade of what I was shown before. It took them 5 MONTHS to get rid of one mouse and I just seen other one pop up tonight! I have to now pay out of pocket for services that should’ve already been provided but because they can’t do their job I have to take measures into my own hands. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

As a current tenant I will say between the mice, roaches, and the fact maintenance doesn’t fix a thing and paying crazy amounts in rent when they fix nothing is asinine. I have had a leaky ceiling since December it’s March the bucket they placed in the apartment is still here. Do not waste your money
