This property is really big, they have a lot of apartments that are really nice. I usually get assisted in the accounting department and they are always very understanding.

Roaches Galore. Repeated power outages. No AC until May 15, and it’s currently 90 degrees in my baby’s room. Do not move here. I’ve had to throw out loads of food due to the power outages. I’m also pumping milk for my son, and I’ve had to throw out gallons of breast milk because the power had cut off. And Franklin Park does not care whatsoever.

The issues with pest control, power outages, and lack of air conditioning—especially when it affects your child’s comfort and your ability to store essential items like breast milk—are absolutely not the standard we strive to maintain.
