ROACH AND MICE INFESTED

This place is your worst nightmare. The washer and dryer for my building has not worked since i moved in 5 months ago. Roaches literally fall from the cieling and crawl from under the bed. Mice everywhere. There are literal mountains of trash surrounding the property. And even with the living conditions they charge 2 months rent to break the lease.

Don’t do it

I’ve been living here since February and my ac hasn’t worked right since, the moved my apartment when i came to sign the lease,and showed me an apartment that i didn’t get on top of things being stolen and the screws on my deadbolt lock(the only lock)are loose. Before you ask yes they know and no they haven’t fixed anything I’m beyond annoyed with this place and i can’t wait to move.

EXTREME MOUSE ISSUE!!!!!

I’ve been living here for about 6 months I was happy when I moved in loved the renovation past couple months I’ve been having mouse issues to the point I’m uncomfortable with every sound I hear I think it’s a mouse. I’ve seen one room into my master bedroom, then hear them in the kitchen maintenance came out and there was a trap under the stove with 4 baby ones on the trap pest control then came out later in the week and sprayed the kitchen but that did absolutely nothing days later I seen one... in my living room, then scratching in my bedroom ceiling it’s gotten worse safe your money AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
