We really like it so far! Beautiful property and amenities. Five stars, but would just note that the leasing office is a bit hit or miss with information, and that our emergency maintenance request not being answered until almost 24 hours later.

Nice building in a great location, and the amenities are excellent when they’re actually available. Unfortunately, the pool has been a major disappointment. Pool chairs were not ready for summer, leaving residents to sit on the hot deck or compete for limited seating like an overcrowded resort. Management has provided inconsistent explanations, with some staff saying the chairs were backordered and others saying they had already arrived and been assembled. The lack of communication and accountability is frustrating, especially since the pool is one of the building’s biggest selling points. There also seems to be constant turnover in the leasing office, which may contribute to the ongoing issues and lack of follow-through.
Property Manager Responded: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoy our location and amenities, but we are sorry that your experience with the pool furniture has been frustrating. We understand the importance of the pool area to our residents, especially during the summer months. Unfortunately, the replacement sling furniture experienced manufacturer delays that were outside of our control. Because our rooftop furniture is custom-made and shipped from Italy, the replacement components were subject to extended production and international shipping timelines. While we worked diligently to obtain updates and alternative solutions, we recognize that the delay impacted the resident experience and fell short of expectations. We also apologize for any confusion caused by inconsistent communication regarding the delivery timeline. Clear and accurate communication is important, and we appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention. At Crossing DC, we remain committed to improving the resident experience and appreciate all feedback that helps us do so. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, we encourage you to reach out to our management team directly. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Crossing DC as your home.
