The apartment has been recently remodeled and has all new kitchen from All Wood Cabinetry with dishwasher, garbage disposal, kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans.

The apartment is located on the corner of Greenwood and Wabash Ave It's a small, garden... style brick building on a quiet street. There are total of six apartments in the building. The apartment is located on the first floor on the south side of the building. This is NOT a basement apartment!

The apartment has newly refinished hardwood floors. They are original floors and have a lot of character.

Newly renovated kitchen has recently updated appliances appliances.

Smoking allowed 30 feet from the property.

There are plenty of window in the apartment. Being on the south side of the building, the apartment is very bright even in a dark winter day. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the apartment. The apartment is very clean and well maintained.

There are ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom.
