Rick began his real estate career in 2019 as Trent & Co.’s Transaction Coordinator. Through this role, he played a part in more than 400 real estate transactions totaling more than $300 million in sales spanning the greater DC Metro Area. This unique experience has proven to be an invaluable asset in developing him into an effective agent who will go the extra mile for his clients. Since assuming his role as a sales agent, Rick has closed 200+ transactions totaling $120+ million in total sales volume. Rick sees each client individually and is able to meet them where they are in their buying or selling journey, whether it’s their first property or they are seasoned homeowners. Whether you're getting ready to sell your home or looking for an investment, your forever home, or anything in between, Rick will work diligently to help you make it happen. He considers multiple approaches to any problem and helps his clients choose the one that best suits their needs so they can successfully navigate the fast-paced, ever-changing world of DC real estate together. Rick joined the Trent & Co. team after an eight-year career teaching fifth grade in McLean, Virginia. He is a member of DC's Jewish community and teaches religious school at Washington Hebrew Congregation, a place he has called home since 2011. He is involved with a number of volunteer committees including clergy hiring committees and WHC’s 2239 Steering Committee which, “provides a platform for young professionals in the DC metro area to explore their Jewish identities.” He also co-founded and co-chairs the synagogue's LGBTQ+ group. When Rick isn’t working hard for his clients, he can be found in his aerial studio hanging from the ceiling on aerial silks or hand-standing on the ground; playing with his English Bulldog, Han Solo, and his cats, Apollo and Pauley; taking advantage of the many museums and theaters the city has to offer; traveling; or nurturing his extensive gardens and houseplant collection. Rick has also recently developed a passion for Formula 1 through the diligent efforts of his husband who is a lifelong fan, and this has lead to some exciting world travel!
